Bonjour,

Nous avons livré une vitrine à boissons de 383 L à M. Zaidi Fayçal le 
22/09/2024. À réception, le client a constaté un problème au niveau de 
la porte vitrée, qui ne se ferme pas correctement, laissant un espace 
entre le joint de la porte et la vitrine.

Pour ma part, j'ai vérifié la vitrine avant de l’emballer, et elle 
fonctionnait bien ; l’espace entre la porte et la vitrine n’était pas 
présent. C’est pourquoi nous avons demandé la récupération de la vitrine 
afin de réparer le problème et déterminer ce qui a pu causer ce 
dysfonctionnement.

En ce qui concerne l'autre produit, l’armoire réfrigérée Alpha de 700 L, 
le client a signalé un problème avec le moteur de froid, spécifiquement 
concernant les points de soudure entre le capillaire et le cuivre 1/4. 
Nous allons prendre en compte cette réclamation et collaborer avec les 
responsables de la production pour rectifier ce mauvais travail.
