Hello Thunderbird Family! After nearly 20 years=2C we are thrilled to unve=
il the completely redesigned Thunderbird logo.

** A New Look For Thunderbird=E2=80=99s Exciting Future

Just like our software=2C the current Thunderbird logo has seen small impr=
ovements throughout the last 20 years. But now our project is changing in=
 big=2C positive ways. We wanted to clearly show that to the world with a=
 beautiful=2C revitalized logo.

Here are a few details about it that we love:
* It=E2=80=99s designed by Jon Hicks=2C the creator of the original Firefo=
x and Thunderbird logos.
* It=E2=80=99s wrapping your messages in a protective embrace =E2=80=94 ju=
st as Thunderbird protects you from phishing attempts and malicious tracke=
rs.
* It looks fantastic sitting next to our friend Firefox (see image below).
